On 31 August 1992, I was born in New Delhi. At the age of 3, we moved to our hometown of Kerala. Childhood has been blessed with challenges but serenity, poverty, but abundance of experiences and a lack of a stable house however a cute happy home. Thankful for the moments that have made life meaningful.
In school, I was a below-average student. When I reflect back on my schooling, I regret that I underutilized nearly a decade of my life. Because education was limited to text books and learning was confined within four walls.
Our educational system was in utter disorder.
I believe students have faith in the educational system, but the system is failing to live up to their expectations. A good education can change a person’s life, a family, and a society. However, we have gone through an outdated syllabus in which the valuation of knowledge has been drowned out by grades and ranks.
As a bachelor’s degree, I could study commerce with a specialty in computer application. Following that, I pursued a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus on marketing and finance.
After receiving a campus placement, I began working for a private airline company, SilkAir Singapore Private Limited, for two and a half years.
That is where I took my first steps in the corporate world. Despite the fact that I was working in the accounts department, my manager granted me the opportunity to engage with marketing department and even to write an article for the company’s internal magazine which was named as “Spirit”.
This is when I understood that my interests are somewhat creative, such as writing articles, making videos, and so on.
My employer permitted me to undergo training at SilkAir’s headquarters in ALH Singapore, which was my first trip abroad.
Following that, I relocated to Chennai to work as an Associate BPS with CGI Inc for a year. When I reached a year, I was practically admitting to myself that I was on a path that I didn’t really want to be on. The job was merely for the money, but it wasn’t what I desired to do.
A golden cage is still just a cage, as the old saying goes.
I opted to leave that job even though I had no other alternatives.
“Hmm! A career-break? Are you serious? You have only recently begun your career. You haven’t even finished four years.” This was the response I received from many others around me. Yes, it was a completely irrational decision. But that insanity was deeply connected to my passion. But just by seeing the initial step, I was able to take a step ahead. Everything was still blurry.
I was depressed and miserable not because I was unemployed. But this is due to the realization that the quality of education in our nation is designed to produce factory workers rather than entrepreneurs. How can jobs be produced in an economy if entrepreneurship is not encouraged? How can the economy develop if new jobs are not created?
This is what caused me to feel so down.
I remained unemployed for a year. I went to a number of interviews. And I was successful in all of them since they rejected me by saying I was not qualified for the position. How can I call myself a success when I failed all of those interviews? Because those are the events that brought me to where I am now. Today, I’m doing what I love.
This was a breakthrough moment in my life.
This is where I discovered high-quality schooling.
Deepak Kanagaraju, India’s leading digital marketing coach, guided me in learning the concepts, fundamentals, and practical aspects of digital marketing through his Digital Deepak Internship Program (DDIP).
One thing became clear to me during this 16-week internship training program. Earlier in my life, I was someone who liked to avoid social media and internet platforms. But what is with Digital Marketing that keeps drawing me in? It isn’t money, it isn’t tools, and it isn’t social media interactions.
However, it is the “Human Connection.”
Tools may become obsolete. Tactics can be altered. But its principles will endure until the end of time. Because the phrase “personalization” is not used in marketing. It does have a connection to human life. It has a deeper connection to our daily lives and emotions.
Siddarth Rajashekhar’s Freedom Business Model is the best platform I’ve ever seen for bringing together a group of people to rebuild the broken education system. He is a trainer who coaches others to bring out the educator mode in them in order to impact the lives of many people via the implementation of his Digital Coaching Model.
When I first began my journey with his Internet Lifestyle Hub, I had no idea what sector I could instruct others in. Because I lacked sufficient expertise in a variety of areas.
But, as I look back and forward, I see something that connects me from the past to the future. That’s “Human Connection.” People nowadays are overly concerned with technology, business, and money. But I had the impression that we were losing our human essence.
That is why I began researching personalized marketing. It’s fantastic. Because it brings me delight to know that I am assisting humans in making meaningful connections with one another. And I feel that personalization is a life-long phenomenon, not just a business phrase.
When it comes to selecting a life companion, one of the most crucial things I’ve always wanted is for her to be a good communicator. Because I discovered that many relationships and families these days are crumbling in the blink of an eye. The fundamental reason is that we humans are avoiding long, meaningful, and affectionate conversations that would clear up misunderstandings, issues, and confusions, thereby tightening up connections. That darkness of “conversation less” is no longer with me. Because I believe I’ve found my ray of sunshine.
Why did I call it Tight Us Together?
While naming it, I had three goals in mind.
As a result, I envision my future as a dedicated marketer, enabling you to be an exceptional marketer through the power of personalized marketing.
What you’ve seen and read up to this point is just the beginning of Tight Us Together.
My goal for the next six months, from May 2021 to November 2021, is to serve digital marketing aspirants in such a way that when people think about Personalized Marketing, the first brand that immediately springs to mind would be “Tight Us Together.”
